Schedule reminders from the Kanbox Inbox

⏰ Why schedule a reminder?

During a conversation, a prospect might ask you to reach out later. To make sure you don’t forget, Kanbox lets you schedule a reminder directly in the inbox.


📝 How to add a reminder from a member profile

From a member’s profile, click the “Remind me” button.
You can then choose a predefined delay or set a custom date.


🔎 Filter users with scheduled reminders

Inside the inbox, use the dedicated filter to display only members with active reminders.

When the reminder date arrives or is overdue:

  • a notification badge appears next to the filter,

  • affected members are highlighted with a light blue background for visibility.


🛠️ Edit or remove a reminder

There are three ways to manage a reminder:

  • from the member’s profile page,

  • via the member list,

  • through a batch action.
