🧩 How to launch a batch action

In the central list, select one or more members using the checkboxes.
A batch actions menu will appear at the top, replacing the search bar and smart filters temporarily.

💡 Want to select a group fast? Click the first member, then hold SHIFT and click the last — all members in between will be selected automatically.

🎯 Action menus adapt to your current view

The available actions depend on the active filter in the sidebar.
For example, in the Inbox filter, you’ll get messaging-specific options.

Batch actions are grouped into two categories: LinkedIn actions and Kanbox actions.

🔗 LinkedIn actions (processed progressively)

These actions interact directly with your LinkedIn account.
To protect your account, they’re executed gradually — and each button displays a LinkedIn icon as a visual indicator.

Available actions (when using the Inbox filter) include:

  • Send a message

  • Archive the conversation

  • Send a connection request

  • Mark as read

  • Mark as unread

👀 These actions are queued and run in the background. You can monitor their progress from the “Asynchronous tasks” section in the sidebar, just below the Kanbox logo.

🛠️ Kanbox actions (instant)

These actions only affect your workspace within Kanbox. They’re executed immediately and built for productivity.

Typical Kanbox actions include:

  • Add labels

  • Remove labels

  • Add to pipeline

  • Remove from pipeline

  • Schedule a reminder

  • Find email addresses

  • Hide member

✅ Work faster with full control

Batch actions are designed to help you:

  • follow up with leads in bulk

  • organize your contacts efficiently

  • update your pipelines and labels in seconds

Combined with smart filters and keyboard shortcuts, they offer a clean and powerful way to scale your outreach — safely and precisely.
