Run bulk actions from any Pipeline column: messages, invites, updates, emails, CSV export, webhooks, filters, and more.

🧰 Opening the column actions menu

Click the ⁝ menu in the top-right corner of any column to display the available actions.

By default, they apply to all members in the column, but you can apply filters to narrow the selection.

βœ… List of available actions

βœ‰οΈ Send a message

Send a LinkedIn message to all selected members.
Messages are sent progressively with delays to mimic human behavior and protect your account.

🀝 Request a connection

Send a LinkedIn connection request to every member in the column.

⚠️ Limited to 100 invitations per week on LinkedIn. We recommend no more than 20 per day.

Invitation notes are limited to 300 characters.

πŸ”€ Move to another column

Move members to a different column within the same Pipeline.
You can filter the selection using the following criteria:

  • All members of the column

  • Only a limited number of members

  • Is a connection

  • Is invited

  • Has an email

  • Has a phone number

  • Has a conversation

  • Has answered

  • Is an open profile

  • Has a label

πŸ” Move to another Pipeline

Transfer members to a different Pipeline and specify the target column.

βž– Remove from Pipeline

Remove selected members from the Pipeline (they remain in Kanbox).

🏷️ Add labels

Apply one or more labels to all selected members.

🧼 Remove labels

Remove one or more labels from selected members.

πŸ”„ Update profiles

Fetch full LinkedIn data for each profile.

⚠️ This action consumes your daily export quota (80 profiles/day), even with Sales Navigator.

πŸ“§ Find email addresses

Launch an asynchronous process to find professional emails.
The search runs in the background and may take a few minutes.

πŸ“€ Export CSV

Download all member data in the column as a CSV file.

πŸ—‘οΈ Delete column

Delete the column.

⚠️ The members won’t be deleted from Kanbox β€” they’ll just be removed from the Pipeline.

🧩 Add webhook

Trigger an external webhook whenever a member enters this column.

πŸ”„ How bulk actions work

Bulk actions are processed either in the browser or in the cloud, depending on the action type.

All LinkedIn-related actions are executed asynchronously, with built-in delays to simulate natural activity.

πŸ“ Their progress is tracked in the Asynchronous Tasks section, accessible via the main sidebar, right under the blue Kanbox icon.
