How does navigation work in Kanbox?

Navigation overview 🧭

Kanbox's sidebar gives you access to all your core features — from managing leads and launching campaigns to tracking results and setting preferences.


1. Task Progress Tracker ⏳

This is where you can view the status of asynchronous LinkedIn tasks handled by Kanbox (like profile visits, messages, etc.).
You’ll know instantly whether your actions are pending, running, or completed.


2. Dashboard 📊

The Dashboard gives you a global view of your automation campaigns:

  • Number of leads processed

  • Connection acceptance rates

  • Message response rates

  • And more performance insights


3. Inbox 💬

This is your home page when you log into Kanbox.
All your LinkedIn conversations are synced and accessible in one place.

Every action taken in Kanbox — messages, connection requests, etc. — is also performed directly on LinkedIn. And vice versa.


4. Leads 🧲

In this section, you manage all the lead lists you’ve scraped from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

You can:

  • Refine and segment your lead lists

  • Create custom lists

  • Use the Email Finder to enrich lead profiles with missing email addresses


5. Automation 🤖

Build LinkedIn campaigns by setting up automated action sequences: profile visits, connection requests, messages, and follow-ups.
Each step follows your custom rules, with clear stats at every stage.


6. CRM Pipeline 📌

Here, you’ll find Kanban-style CRM Pipelines that let you visually track your acquisition processes.

Each pipeline represents a campaign journey, where leads automatically move from one stage to the next based on the steps in your automation sequence.


7. Message Templates ✉️

Create dynamic message templates using variables like:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Company

  • Job title

  • Location

  • Industry

This allows you to send personalized messages to groups of leads — Kanbox automatically replaces the variables with each lead’s actual info.


8. Settings ⚙️

In this section, you can:

  • Adjust your LinkedIn daily quotas

  • Set up API/webhook integrations

  • Invite team members and configure multi-account access


9. Subscription 💳

Here, you can:

  • Subscribe to Kanbox

  • Change your plan

  • Access your invoices and billing history
