🎯 What are these limits for?
Kanbox allows you to set daily limits that apply to two key activities:
Lead imports (from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or CSV files)
Automated campaigns (profile visits, messages, connection requests, etc.)
These limits help spread your actions over time to simulate natural behavior and avoid triggering LinkedIn’s anti-abuse systems.
🔐 Why limits matter
LinkedIn actively monitors for suspicious activity.
The newer or less active your account is, the more vulnerable it is to restrictions.
👉 Setting reasonable limits helps protect your account, avoid security warnings, and keep your campaigns running smoothly.
📌 Recommended daily limits
Here are suggested thresholds based on industry best practices:
Connection requests: about 20 per day, max 100 per week
Profile visits: up to 80 per day
Messages and follow-ups: around 100 per day
These are not official LinkedIn limits but reflect what has proven safe over time.
🚨 Manual and bulk actions aren’t limited
The limits you set in Kanbox only apply to automated campaigns.
Kanbox does not restrict:
Manual actions (sending a message or connection request one by one)
Bulk actions (selecting multiple leads from the Inbox or Pipelines to act on)
👉 As a result, it’s possible to exceed safe thresholds if you combine automation with frequent manual or bulk activity, which can lead to temporary feature blocks, security alerts, or — in severe cases — a suspension of your LinkedIn account.
🧠 Tips: If you perform many manual actions, consider reducing your automation limits slightly to keep a safety buffer. If you rely entirely on campaigns, avoid overusing bulk or manual tools at the same time. And if you do both, leave enough margin in your daily limits to stay under LinkedIn’s radar.
