Campaign scheduling

Define when your automated campaigns should run, so that actions are triggered smoothly, realistically, and safely.

Updated over a month ago

⚙️ Where to configure scheduling

Campaign scheduling is based on the configuration set in the “Scheduling” section of your Settings.

You’ll need to define:

  • Your time zone

  • The days of the week when campaigns are allowed to run

  • The time range during which actions can be executed (e.g., 9 AM to 6 PM)

🔐 Why this matters

LinkedIn monitors user activity patterns.

To reduce the risk of triggering alerts, your campaign schedule should match your usual hours of activity.

👉 Avoid sending messages at 3 AM or on Sundays if that doesn’t reflect your normal behavior.

The goal is to simulate a natural and consistent human rhythm.

🤖 How scheduling works

Based on your settings, Kanbox automatically plans daily actions for each campaign:

  • according to your defined time slots,

  • while respecting your quota limits,

  • and based on campaign progress.

⏱️ Execution is optimized daily to maximize output while staying within safe limits.

📌 Maximum number of running campaigns

You can have up to 3 campaigns running at the same time.

Any additional campaign will be queued automatically and will start as soon as one of the running campaigns ends.

🔁 What happens if a task doesn’t run?

All campaign tasks are executed automatically in the cloud — even if your browser is closed or your computer is turned off.

However, some tasks may still fail:

➡️ If the error is related to Kanbox (such as a temporary connection issue), the task is automatically rescheduled.

➡️ If the error is related to LinkedIn (e.g. deleted, blocked, or invalid profile), the task is discarded and will not be retried.
