Using an ICP AI Filter

Score and filter your leads based on an ICP profile you can describe

Updated over 2 weeks ago

🎯 Goal

Define your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to help Kanbox score each lead in your list.

For every lead, Kanbox checks the criteria you entered (industry, company size, geography, target functions, and exclusions) and assigns a match level:

  • Good: the lead strongly matches your ICP

  • Average: the lead partially matches your ICP

  • Bad: the lead doesn’t match your ICP (or matches an exclusion)

You can then filter your list based on these scores. Leads you filter out are moved to the “ICP Filtered” column in your pipeline, and you can move them back to “ICP Not Filtered” anytime.

🚀 How it works

  1. Enable the ICP Filter

  2. Fill in the infos to describe your Ideal Customer Profile and and Profiles you want to exclude

  3. Preview results to see if your ICP is properly defined by testing it on different users

Once ready you can launch the campaign.

🚀 Track results

Once the ICP filter is enabled, you will see the results in your pipeline.
Leads will be scored (Good match, medium match, bad match).
You will be able to see a summary of why the lead gets this result.

If a lead is in the ICP Filtered column (because it's a bad or medium match), the campaign is stopped for this lead. But if you want the lead to continue the campaign, you can just move it to the ICP Not filtered column.
