How to manage Kanban Pipeline columns in Kanbox?

Add, rename, reorder, or delete columns to tailor your Kanban Pipelines — including those from templates and campaigns.

➕ Add a new column

You can add new columns in all types of Pipelines:

  • in standard Pipelines — whether blank, created from a sales or recruiting template, or from a team template,

  • in campaign Pipelines, to keep managing leads even after the campaign has finished.

Click the “+ New Column” button at the far right of your board.

Feel free to add as many steps as your process requires.


✏️ Rename a column

Hover over the column title and click to edit it.


Type the new name and click elsewhere on the page to confirm.


🔀 Reorder columns

You can easily reorganize your columns by drag and drop.
Click the column header, hold it, and move it to the desired position.


🗑️ Delete a column

  • In a Pipeline (blank, team-based, or template-based), you can delete any column using the ⁝ menu at the top of the column.

  • In a campaign Pipeline, you can only delete columns you manually added.
    Columns generated by the campaign steps (e.g. Profile Visited, Follow-up 1...) cannot be removed, as they are directly tied to the automation logic.
