➕ Create a blank Pipeline or from a template
From the Pipelines page, click the “+ New” button in the top-left corner.
A dropdown menu will appear with several options:
Blank Pipeline
Pipeline from a team template (if any are available)
Sales Pipeline (predefined)
Recruiting Pipeline (predefined)
✏️ Blank Pipeline
Select “Blank Pipeline”, give it a name, and click “Create.”
You’ll get an empty Pipeline with no columns — ready to customize.
🧩 Sales Pipeline (predefined template)
Select “Sales Pipeline”, enter a name, then click “Create.”
The Pipeline will include the following columns:
New Lead – Freshly added prospect
First Contact – First outreach initiated
Waiting for Response – Awaiting a reply
Engaged – Lead has shown interest
Meeting Scheduled – Call or demo confirmed
Negotiation – Deal discussions in progress
Won – Deal successfully closed
Lost – Opportunity not converted
🧑💼 Recruiting Pipeline (predefined template)
Select “Recruiting Pipeline”, name it, and click “Create.”
It will include the following columns:
Candidates – People added to the process
Screening – Initial qualification
First Interview – First interview completed
Second Interview – Deeper follow-up interview
Offer Sent – Formal offer sent
Negotiation – Candidate discussing offer
Hired – Candidate accepted
Rejected – Candidate not selected
🧑🤝🧑 Create a team Pipeline template (managers only)
Only team managers can create and share Pipeline templates with their team.
To do so:
Create a custom Pipeline with your own columns
Click the ⁝ menu at the top of the Pipeline
Select “Create a team Pipeline template”
That template will then appear for all teammates under “+ New” > “Pipeline from a team template”
🌀 Duplicate an existing Pipeline
You can also duplicate an existing Pipeline to reuse its structure.
Click the ⁝ menu next to the Pipeline name
Select “Duplicate”
A new Pipeline will be created with the same columns (but no members), named with “(Copy)” at the end
