Why does my Sales Navigator export stop at 2,500 users?

Sales Navigator limits visible search results to 2,500 — this is not a Kanbox limitation.

🚫 This isn’t a Kanbox issue

You may notice that a Sales Navigator search shows more than 2,500 leads, but when exporting to Kanbox, you receive only 2,500 contacts max.

This isn’t a bug — it’s a Sales Navigator restriction, not a Kanbox one.


📦 What causes the 2,500 limit?

Sales Navigator only displays the first 100 pages of any search.
With 25 profiles per page, this means you can’t access or export more than 2,500 results, even if your search says “10,000+”.


🧭 How to work around it

To get the most out of your exports:

  • Narrow your search filters (job title, industry, location, keywords…)

  • Make sure each search result returns fewer than 2,500 profiles

This helps you:

  • Segment your prospects more precisely

  • Export large datasets in smaller, complete batches

  • Personalize campaigns more effectively
