π§° Opening the column actions menu
Click the β menu in the top-right corner of any column to display the available actions.
By default, they apply to all members in the column, but you can apply filters to narrow the selection.

Send a LinkedIn message to all selected members.
Messages are sent progressively with delays to mimic human behavior and protect your account.
π€ Request a connection
Send a LinkedIn connection request to every member in the column.
β οΈ Limited to 100 invitations per week on LinkedIn. We recommend no more than 20 per day.

Invitation notes are limited to 300 characters.
π Move to another column
Move members to a different column within the same Pipeline.
You can filter the selection using the following criteria:
All members of the column
Only a limited number of members
Is a connection
Is invited
Has an email
Has a phone number
Has a conversation
Has answered
Is an open profile
Has a label
π Move to another Pipeline
Transfer members to a different Pipeline and specify the target column.
β Remove from Pipeline
Remove selected members from the Pipeline (they remain in Kanbox).
π·οΈ Add labels
Apply one or more labels to all selected members.
π§Ό Remove labels
Remove one or more labels from selected members.
π Update profiles
Fetch full LinkedIn data for each profile.
β οΈ This action consumes your daily export quota (80 profiles/day), even with Sales Navigator.
π§ Find email addresses
Launch an asynchronous process to find professional emails.
The search runs in the background and may take a few minutes.
π€ Export CSV
Download all member data in the column as a CSV file.
ποΈ Delete column
Delete the column.
β οΈ The members wonβt be deleted from Kanbox β theyβll just be removed from the Pipeline.
π§© Add webhook
Trigger an external webhook whenever a member enters this column.
π How bulk actions work
Bulk actions are processed either in the browser or in the cloud, depending on the action type.
All LinkedIn-related actions are executed asynchronously, with built-in delays to simulate natural activity.
π Their progress is tracked in the Asynchronous Tasks section, accessible via the main sidebar, right under the blue Kanbox icon.
