✏️ Create a new prompt template
Go to the Templates section from the main menu.
Then follow these steps:
Choose the template type
Name your template.
This makes it easy to find later in campaigns or directly from the Inbox.Write your prompt.
Choose the context variables the AI agent will access:
Click Save to store your template.
Once saved, your template appears in the left column, organized by type
