How to manage duplicate leads in Kanbox?

When you import multiple lists from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator, the same person may appear more than once—especially if they're included in several searches.

To prevent sending repeated messages, Kanbox helps you identify and remove duplicates easily.


Spotting duplicate leads

In the Leads section, each list shows whether some contacts are also present in other lists.


Filter and remove duplicates

Open any list with duplicates.
Use the “Is duplicate” filter to isolate leads already present in other lists.

You can then select all duplicates and remove them from the current list, ensuring your campaigns stay clean and non-redundant.
