These quotas are based on internal testing across multiple account types.
They help you avoid:
Automation detection by LinkedIn
Account warnings or temporary blocks
Overuse that could raise red flags
📦 What are the quota limits?
2,500 users/day when exporting from Sales Navigator
80 users/day when exporting from LinkedIn Standard
Once you reach the limit:
Any ongoing exports are automatically paused
They will resume the next day when quotas reset
🕒 When do the quotas reset?
Quotas reset every night around 5 AM (Paris time).
You don’t need to do anything — Kanbox will automatically resume pending exports.
