đ§Ș Create a new Zap
To send member data from Kanbox to another tool via Zapier, start by creating a new Zap on zapier.com.
Choose the following trigger:
App: âWebhook by Zapierâ
Event: âCatch Hookâ
Zapier will then generate a unique webhook URL.
Copy this URL â youâll need it in Kanbox.
âïž Create the webhook in Kanbox
Go to https://app.kanbox.io/settings/webhooks to create a new webhook.
Click âNew webhookâ
Give it a name (e.g., Hubspot, Google Sheets...)
Paste the URL provided by Zapier
Then click âTest sendâ to verify that Kanbox is correctly sending the data.
𧩠Set up the action in Zapier
Back in Zapier, you can confirm that the webhook test was received successfully.
Now configure the action you want to take:
create a contact in Hubspot,
insert a row in Google Sheets,
or use any other Zapier-compatible app.
IIn this example, weâre triggering the creation of a new row in a Google Spreadsheet every time the webhook is called.
