When the variables “Job Title”, “Company”, “Industry”, “Location” are used, an “Alternative Message” block automatically appears. It allows you to create a coherent message if the recipients of the message have not provided one of these different variables.
When the alternative message is sent to several recipients at the same time, the original message will be sent to those who have entered all the variables on their profile while the others will receive the Alternative Message with only “First Name” and “Last Name” as variables.
