Send data via Zapier

Create a new Zap

If you want to use Zapier to send user data to other tools, you must first go to Zapier to create a new Zap.

You must choose a “Webhook by Zapier” Trigger and the “Catch hook” event.

You can thus retrieve the Webhook URL generated by Zapier:

Create the Webhook in Kanbox

You can then go to https://app.kanbox.io/settings/webhooks and create a new Webhook.

You can give it the name of the tool in which you want to send the information (eg: Hubspot) and you must paste the URL coming from Zapier.

You can click on "Test sending" in Kanbox.

Create the action in Zapier

In Zapier, you can test that the webhook was sent.

You can then configure the action you want: create a user in Hubspot or create a line in a Google Spreadsheet...

Let's create a new row in a Google Spreadsheet.
