What should I do with my subscription if one of my accounts is suspended?

Don't panic, if one of your accounts for which you have taken out a subscription is suspended, you will be able to transfer the subscription to another of your accounts. There are 2 scenarios:

  1. Either you have taken out a team subscription and your main account, which carries the subscription, is not suspended. All you have to do is go to the team management tab to remove the seat assigned to your suspended account and assign it to another account.
  2. Either it is your account which carries the subscription which has been suspended. In this case, simply send a short message to [email protected] so that we can resolve the problem for you.
