Send data via Make

Connect Kanbox to tools like Hubspot or Google Sheets using Make and webhooks.

Updated over a month ago

🛠 Create a new scenario

To send user data from Kanbox to other tools via Make, start by creating a new scenario.

Add a Webhook module as the trigger for your scenario.

Make will then generate a unique webhook URL for you to use in Kanbox.

⚙️ Create the webhook in Kanbox

Go to https://app.kanbox.io/settings/webhooks to create a new webhook.

  • Click “New webhook”

  • Give it a name (e.g., Hubspot, Google Sheets...)

  • Paste the URL provided by Make into the appropriate field

You can click “Test send” in Kanbox to check that the data is being transmitted properly.

🧩 Set up the action in Make

In Make, you can test whether the webhook was received correctly.

Then, set up the action you want:
→ create a contact in Hubspot,
→ insert a row in Google Sheets, etc.

In this example, we’re triggering the creation of a new row in a Google Spreadsheet.

You can choose which data to insert into each column.

And that’s it ✅

Your automation is ready — every time the webhook is triggered in Kanbox, Make will send the data to your connected tool.
