Send data via Zapier

Connect Kanbox to external tools (Hubspot, Google Sheets...) using Zapier and webhooks.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

🧪 Create a new Zap

To send member data from Kanbox to another tool via Zapier, start by creating a new Zap on zapier.com.

Choose the following trigger:

  • App: “Webhook by Zapier”

  • Event: “Catch Hook”

Zapier will then generate a unique webhook URL.

Copy this URL — you’ll need it in Kanbox.

⚙️ Create the webhook in Kanbox

Go to https://app.kanbox.io/settings/webhooks to create a new webhook.

  1. Click “New webhook”

  2. Give it a name (e.g., Hubspot, Google Sheets...)

  3. Paste the URL provided by Zapier

Then click “Test send” to verify that Kanbox is correctly sending the data.

🧩 Set up the action in Zapier

Back in Zapier, you can confirm that the webhook test was received successfully.

Now configure the action you want to take:

  • create a contact in Hubspot,

  • insert a row in Google Sheets,

  • or use any other Zapier-compatible app.

IIn this example, we’re triggering the creation of a new row in a Google Spreadsheet every time the webhook is called.

And that’s it ✅

Your automation is ready: every time the webhook is triggered from Kanbox, the data will be sent to the connected tool via Zapier.
