Grant full access to your LinkedIn account on Kanbox using a dedicated email and password — no credential sharing required.
🧑🤝🧑 Securely delegate your LinkedIn account access
Want a teammate to handle your LinkedIn messaging or prospecting on your behalf?
With email-based login, you can give them access to your Kanbox account without ever sharing your LinkedIn credentials.
You simply define a dedicated email address and password.
⚠️ The person you share them with will then be able to log in to your Kanbox account as if they were you, with full access.
🛠️ How to enable login by email
Go to Settings > Login by email.
Enable the option “Enable Login by Email”.
Enter:
Click Validate.
You’ll receive a confirmation code by email.
Enter the code and confirm ✅
👉 You can then share these login credentials (email + password) with the person of your choice.
🔑 How the delegated user logs in
Once the login is set up, share the email and password with the person you’re delegating access to.
To log in:
Go to https://app.kanbox.io,
Select the “Login with Email and Password” tab (not “Login with LinkedIn”),
Enter the credentials you provided.
⚠️ Important: If they choose “Login with LinkedIn” and use the Kanbox Chrome extension, they will log into their own LinkedIn account, not yours.
🧭 What the person can do on your behalf
The delegated user will have full access to your Kanbox account, just like the account owner.
They can:
Manage your LinkedIn inbox,
Reply to messages on your behalf,
Accept or send connection requests,
Launch campaigns, manage leads, apply labels,
View and edit all account settings, including your subscription.
📌 Reminder: Delegation is total. All actions performed are done in your name and inside your account.
⚠️ What happens if you log out of LinkedIn?
If you manually log out of LinkedIn, your session cookie becomes invalid.
In that case, the delegated user will still be able to access your Kanbox account, but won’t be able to perform LinkedIn actions (messaging, connections, etc.) until you log back into LinkedIn.
