Can I use multiple LinkedIn accounts with Kanbox?

The multi-account mode in Kanbox allows you to manage several LinkedIn accounts within a single workspace — no need to juggle browsers, private tabs, or logins.

This feature is ideal for:

  • Agencies and freelancers

  • SDR teams and consultants

  • Any structure managing multiple clients or LinkedIn identities

Each LinkedIn account remains fully isolated, with:

  • Dedicated campaigns and messaging

  • Separate pipelines and performance metrics

  • Independent inboxes
    All accessible from a single, streamlined interface with one-click switching.


⚙️ How does multi-account mode work?

One account = one clean environment

Each LinkedIn account in Kanbox runs in a fully separate environment:

  • Independent usage limits and quotas

  • Dedicated sequences, pipelines, and inbox

  • Stats tracked per account, not shared

You switch accounts via a sidebar showing profile pictures. One click, no re-logins or session conflicts — smooth and secure.


🧭 How to activate multi-account mode

Setup steps:

  1. Go to Settings in Kanbox

  2. Click on "Set Kanbox Mode", then on "Manage LinkedIn Accounts"

  3. Once Multi-Account Mode is enabled, you’ll land on the page listing the LinkedIn accounts you manage. Your current LinkedIn account will appear in the list.

Two ways to add a LinkedIn account:

  • LinkedIn Accounts – allows you to add LinkedIn accounts to manage

  • Account Managers – allows you to add account managers

Click on " LinkedIn Accounts" in the left menu, then on the "Add Linkedin Accounts" button at the top of the page.

A modal window appears with two options:

  • Connect with LinkedIn Login Credentials

  • Request Access to Manage an Account

Connect with LinkedIn Login Credentials

This option is for users who have direct access to the LinkedIn account they wish to manage.

Make sure one of your LinkedIn accounts is already logged in on a browser tab.

Click on “Connect.”

Request Access to Manage an Account

This option is useful if the user does not have the credentials for the LinkedIn account they want to manage, or if they cannot log into the LinkedIn account from their browser session.

Click “Request Access.

⚠️ For the request to go through, the LinkedIn account owner must already have a Kanbox account.


👥 Can I delegate account management?

Yes! In a multi-account workspace, you can assign account managers without ever sharing LinkedIn login credentials.

Each manager:

  • Can send messages, manage campaigns, and organize pipelines

  • Acts on behalf of the account owner

  • Only sees the accounts they’ve been granted access to

The main manager keeps full control over billing, workspace access, and who manages what.
