Debugging a Scraping Issue

Troubleshoot scraping issues in Kanbox: check quotas, LinkedIn connection status, and generate debug logs for support.

Updated over a month ago

Quota exceeded

If your export shows a “PAUSE” status, hover over it to view the detailed reason.

Possible causes:

  • You’re using a trial plan and reached the 1000 export limit → upgrade required

  • You’ve reached your daily quota:

    • 80 leads/day on free LinkedIn

    • 2500 leads/day with Sales Navigator

  • You're on a CONNECT plan, which does not allow exporting

  • You manually paused the export

Check these points first. If none apply, proceed with the next steps.

LinkedIn session expired

Make sure you're still logged into LinkedIn in another browser tab.
If not, log in again and restart the export.

Restricted access to profiles

If you’re using a free LinkedIn account, you’re limited to viewing profiles within 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-degree connections.

Leads beyond this connection level can’t be exported.
