How to use Kanbox advanced filters?

Refine your lead lists with Kanbox's advanced filters: emails, job titles, conversations, company data, and more.

Advanced filters allow you to refine the lists of leads you imported from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

To access them, go to the Leads section, open any list, and use the filters displayed on the left side of the screen.

πŸ” Match

This filter checks whether the lead matches the keywords and filters from your original Sales Navigator search.
Sales Navigator can include up to 30% of off-target profiles.

Filters:

  • Match

  • Doesn’t match

ℹ️ This filter only applies to Sales Navigator imports.


πŸ” Duplicates in other lists

This filter shows if a lead is already present in another list.

Filters:

  • Is duplicate

  • Is not duplicate


πŸ” Added to Inbox / Pipeline

This filter shows whether a lead is already in your Inbox or a CRM pipeline.

Filters:

  • Added

  • Not added

ℹ️ Leads already present in your Inbox or a pipeline are visually highlighted:
an icon appears to the left of their name, and their row is shaded in light yellow.


πŸ” Relationship / Conversation

This filter allows you to segment leads by whether they are LinkedIn connections or if a conversation already exists.

Filters:

  • Is a connection

  • Is not a connection

  • Has a conversation

  • No conversation


πŸ” Enriched email

This filter identifies whether a professional email was found using the Email Finder.

Filters:

  • Enriched

  • Not enriched


πŸ” Scraped email

This filter shows whether the email was scraped automatically during the initial import.

Filters:

  • Scraped

  • Not scraped


πŸ” Phone number

This filter shows whether the lead has a phone number associated with their profile.

Filters:

  • Provided

  • Not provided


πŸ” LinkedIn account details

This filter lets you refine leads based on visible LinkedIn attributes.

Filters:

  • Open Profile

  • Not Open Profile

  • Has profile photo

  • No profile photo

  • Open to Work

  • Not Open to Work

  • Premium

  • Not Premium


πŸ” Language

This filter targets leads based on the language set on their LinkedIn profile.

Filters:

  • Contains string

  • Does not contain string


πŸ” Job title

This filter lets you find leads based on the exact wording in their job title.

Filters:

  • Contains string

  • Does not contain string


πŸ” Profile headline

This filter helps you find keywords in the lead’s public LinkedIn headline.

Filters:

  • Contains string

  • Does not contain string

This filter segments leads based on listed skills in their profile.

This filter targets leads based on the industry their company belongs to.
