Import participants in a Linkedin event

Go to a Linkedin event page.

Copy the URL of this page

Next, go to Kanbox in the Leads section and click on the “New Export” button.

Select “Export Linkedin Event Participants” from the drop-down list:

A popup opens with two input fields.

Enter a name for your list and paste the URL of this event then click “Start export”.

Once clicked you will find this list on Kanbox in the “Leads” section.

You can perform new event exports. The work is carried out by Kanbox. Your different lists will be exported one after the other.

Important information

It is imperative to keep the Kanbox tab open throughout the export. Depending on the number of leads to export, the duration of an export can vary from a few minutes to a few hours. Kanbox will take the time necessary to simulate human behavior in order to protect your Linkedin account from any blocking.

By clicking on your list you access the page of the leads that make up this list.

Important information:

If you have Sales Navigator, Kanbox will use Sales Navigator's daily export quota to export participants. If you do not have Sales Navigator, the daily Linkedin export quota will be used. You will therefore be limited to 80 exported users per day.
