Debugging a Scraping problem

Credits exhausted

If your search being exported says " PAUSE ", you can hover the mouse cursor over the indication to get the details.

It's possible that :

  1. you are in trial and you have exhausted your quota of 1000 exports. You will then need to take out a subscription
  2. you have exhausted your daily quota (80 users per day for a free Linkedin account and 2500 users per day with Sales Navigator)
  3. you have a “CONNECT” subscription which does not allow you to export
  4. you yourself paused your export

Check these different points. If none of these points explain the problem, let's continue the analysis.

Disconnect from Linkedin

You may also be disconnected from Linkedin. Please verify that you are accessing Linkedin and search in another browser tab.

If that is the case...

Access limitations to certain users

Another possible explanation could be because you have a free Linkedin account. Indeed, in this case, Linkedin limits you and only allows you to access users with connection level 1, 2 or 3. Beyond that, if the search returns certain users with connection level > 3, they cannot be exported.

Debug

If none of the previous points can explain the problem, in this case, you will need to contact our support service.

But before that, it will be necessary to do certain manipulations to help us understand the problem.

Open the extension console

Go to chrome://extensions and click on “Developer mode” then on “Service worker” at the Kanbox extension level

Show the "Network" tab

Filter search queries

In the “Filter” search box, enter https://www.linkedin.com/voyager/api/graphql

Click to view the search result as shown in the screenshot. And take a screenshot of this result yourself.

Repeat the same operation by entering the filter: https://www.linkedin.com/sales-api/salesApiProfiles

Take the screenshot of the result:

Contact us via support chat by providing us with these screenshots.
