🧭 You’re not using Sidekick browser, which may conflict with Chrome extensions

🔧 Open the Kanbox extension’s console
Go to
chrome://extensions
Turn on Developer Mode (top right)
Find Kanbox, then click on Service worker
📡 Check for errors in the Network tab
Click on the Network tab
Refresh the page: https://app.kanbox.io
Look for any requests in red — these indicate loading or server errors
🧱 Check the Console tab
Switch to the Console tab
Look for error messages (usually red text)
📸 Send screenshots to support
Take screenshots of any visible errors and share them via the support chat in Kanbox.
