What should I do if I can’t log into Kanbox?

If you're stuck at login, follow these steps to identify the issue and help our support team assist you faster.

🔍 Basic checks first

Make sure that:

  • ✅ The Kanbox extension is correctly installed and enabled

  • 🚫 You're not using an ad blocker (like AdBlock), which could block Kanbox requests

  • 🧭 You’re not using Sidekick browser, which may conflict with Chrome extensions


🛠️ Open the extension debug console

If the issue persists, we’ll need a few technical details. Here’s how to access the debug info from your browser:

🔧 Open the Kanbox extension’s console

  1. Go to chrome://extensions

  2. Turn on Developer Mode (top right)

  3. Find Kanbox, then click on Service worker


📡 Check for errors in the Network tab

  1. Click on the Network tab

  2. Refresh the page: https://app.kanbox.io

  3. Look for any requests in red — these indicate loading or server errors


🧱 Check the Console tab

  1. Switch to the Console tab

  2. Look for error messages (usually red text)
